In conjunction with Blair Academy’s Community Service Day, service work took place in the downtown area that included weeding, sweeping and overall cleanup. Students worked hard with their teachers to clean up the parking lot on Main Street and Pocket Park on East Avenue.

Along with Blairstown Township, Siddhachalam Ashram the Garden Club and volunteers from the community, we weeded, planted, mulched, painted and more! A delicious vegetarian lunch was provided to volunteers compliments of the Ashram, and refreshments were also served by Barber on Main. Special thanks to all the businesses, organizations and volunteers who supported this effort. Downtown never looked so good!
