Volunteers needed for the BEC table at the Hope Green Fair on Saturday April 29th. Represent the BEC, share information about what we do & what it means to be a volunteer with us, promote the Footbridge Skate & Arts Park, share information about the Business Champions Program and sell BEC merchandise! The event is a fun one to visit and Hope will be having their town wide garage sale day that same day! We'll have two shifts available at the BEC table: 8:00am-11:00am and 11:00am-2:00pm.

The BEC’s very own McKitrick Chabot and Evie Tilney had the privilege of speaking about ✨CIVIC ENGAGEMENT✨ at Centenary University this week! The students were primarily writing majors who plan on going into careers in journalism, non-profit communications, writing education, law, public relations, marketing and more. They were enthusiastic and ready to learn about civic engagement and what it takes to get things done in your community!
