The Blairstown Airport (FAA LID: 1N7) is a public-use airport located just minutes from I-80. It is only five miles from the scenic Delaware Water Gap and Kittatinny Ridge; 65 miles from New York City; and 100 miles from Philadelphia. In 2014, the airport had an average of 54 general aviation aircraft operations per day.

It is privately owned by J.D. Air Inc. and offers a wide range of facilities from Flight Instruction to Hangar space to Aviation Services. Jersey Ridge Soaring and Orlandi Flight Center are both based at the Blairstown Airport; as is Donna’s Runway Café which provides comfort food with great views of the airport and runways.

Aero Club Albatross (ACA)

A flying club for glider pilots.

Aero Club Albatross provides a wide variety of soaring conditions: thermal, wave, and ridge lift while accessing hundreds of miles of beautiful, rolling ridges, that stretch across Pennsylvania and beyond.

They occasionally achieve climbs to 9,000 feet in thermals or 12,000 feet or more in wave lift. On clear visibility days and with enough altitude, flyers can see the Catskill Mountains, the Hudson River, and the skyline of New York City.
